APGAR VILLAGE LODGE

Two miles away from West Glacier Village is the Apgar Village Lodge, located within Glacier National Park amid old growth cedars on the banks of beautiful Lake McDonald.

This AAA-approved Lodge features 28 cabins and 20 motel units, all non-smoking with private baths, showers and electric heat. All of our cabins are handsomely decorated in western style and include a picnic table. Most cabins have a kitchen with stove, pots and pans, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. To help start your day, our office serves complimentary morning coffee.

Three of our cabins (#6, 7 and 8) have front and back doors that open onto McDonald Creek. You can actually fish right from your door. Several other cabins have a view of the creek and are just steps away from Lake McDonald. Apgar Village offers a visitor center, café, store, gift shops and phone booths. You can also rent a boat and cruise around the lake, enjoying a wide-open view of the magnificent surroundings.

Apgar Village Lodge is open early May through end of September.
