RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made off-season
October 1 thru March 31:
Cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to arrival date for 100% refund of deposit, less $25 cancellation fee per unit. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival date, 100% of deposit will be forfeited. Failure to show also results in 100% deposit forfeiture.
Reservations made in-season
April 1 thru September 30:
Cancellations must be made 72 hours or more prior to arrival date for 100% refund of deposit, less $25 cancellation fee per unit. If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, 100% of deposit is forfeited. Failure to show also results in 100% deposit forfeiture.
Advance reservations made for the following year:
Cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to arrival date for 100% refund of
deposit, less $25 cancellation fee per unit. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior
to arrival date, 100% of deposit will be forfeited. Failure to show also results in 100% deposit forfeiture.
Deposits:
Reservation deposits: for one night, the deposit is the price of the night prior to tax; for more than one consecutive night, a deposit
of 50% of the total stay. Reservation deposits do not roll over to the following year. A cancellation fee of $25 is charged
for each individual unit reserved. Please call for cancellation policy. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates do
not include state accommodation tax.
Rules:
Check-in 3:00 pm. Check-out 11:00 am. Arrangements must be made with our office for late arrivals after 9:00 pm. We do not allow pets of any kind in our rooms, cabins or on our grounds. We are proud to offer a 100% non-smoking facility. In-season office hours late May through end of September 8:00 am - 9:00pm.
- There are no Televisions, phones or internet service in our motel rooms or cabins. Pay phones are available in Apgar Village and West Glacier.
